Execution Options
The surfaces of the panels, both front and back, are finished with moisture-resistant MDF boards and coated with two layers of polyurethane primer. This allows the customer’s specialists to apply decorative materials to the surface of the panels on-site: water-based acrylic paint, decorative plaster.
Painting/Plastering
Polyurethane coating provides protective properties against ultraviolet light, ensuring that the color does not fade over many years of use. Two layers of paint provide a reliable protective film. Gloss levels are available in GLOSS-5 and GLOSS-20. Additionally, the surface can be protected with acrylic varnish.
Painting at the Factory
Veneered door products are aesthetic and elegant.
The veneer is applied using the “shirt” method.
Veneer can be natural or Fan-line (pressed). The choice of veneer is endless, but we will help you select the right one.
Veneer
Mirror, painted glass, clear glass, or satin glass. The choice is large, but we know how to work with it. All mechanical processing, including handle cutouts and fittings, is done exclusively at our factory, which is very important. No additional work is needed on-site.

Wall panels combine the beauty and charm of natural wood. Veneer cuts can be radial, tangential, or rustic. Each type and cut has its unique pattern and texture. We work with all types of veneer. Additionally, panels can be painted with elements of milling.

HPL panels are an ultra-strong material that began to be widely used in interior decoration in the mid-80s of the last century. The material is versatile and we use it in both the private and commercial sectors. The spectrum of colors and textures has hundreds of variations.

The factory’s design bureau provides technical specifications for the client’s builders to form door openings and oversees this process.

Aluminum – solid frame made of anodized aluminum DR-40 DR-45 DR-45L DR-44 DR-56. Construction elements welded with argon welding. Filled with polystyrene foam (insulation, soundproofing, does not absorb moisture). Moisture-resistant MDF sheets on both sides (Italy).
Panel – frame made of glued solid alder, filled with polystyrene foam (insulation, soundproofing, does not absorb moisture). Moisture-resistant MDF sheets on both sides (Italy). Aluminum edge around the perimeter.
DORSA’s designers have developed over a dozen door frames for various types of loads. All profiles are patented and have their unique properties. All our profiles are extruded exclusively from primary aluminum, free from any impurities. We do not use recycled aluminum. Deep anodizing of the profiles provides reliable corrosion protection. Additionally, we paint the profiles in our own factory colors.

How to Order?
Application
We provide consultation and prepare a preliminary proposal.
Measurement
We agree on a time and date for a free measurement, and conduct necessary measurements on-site.
Material Selection
Assist in selecting the most optimal and stylish option.
Cost Calculation
Prepare a specification, provide a final cost calculation.
Contract
Sign the contract. 70% prepayment required. Payment options include cash and non-cash payment.
Manufacturing
Stock program items are already available. Custom orders are manufactured after detailed discussion with the client.
Installation
Delivery and installation. We deliver and install the product at the agreed time.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for our products – 3 years for door finishings. Up to 10 years for aluminum frames and boxes.
